Cattleman's AI provides AI-powered content creation and affiliate marketing services. We offer three service tiers:

• Build It Yourself - Self-hosted setup with training ($2,497 one-time)
• We Run It For You - Managed content service ($997/month)
• White-Label - Enterprise solution with custom pricing

Specific features and pricing may vary based on your selected package.

Payment Terms

• One-time fees are due upfront before service begins
• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the first of each month
• Enterprise pricing is subject to individual contract terms
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

For managed services ("We Run It For You"):

• Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
• No refunds for partial months
• All content created remains your property

For one-time purchases:

• Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final
• We provide documentation and support post-sale

Content Ownership

All content created for you through our services is your property. You retain full ownership of:

• Blog posts and articles
• Social media content
• Product reviews and comparisons
• Any materials created specifically for your account

We reserve the right to use general techniques and methodologies developed while working with clients.

Affiliate Marketing

Our services may include management of affiliate marketing programs on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or income levels. Affiliate marketing performance depends on many factors including niche, competition, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cattleman's AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
